Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I obtained my Cordon Bleu Cookery Diploma from Tante Marie School of Cookery, Surrey, in 1999. This led onto various prestigious jobs. Reinforcing my focus to deliver high quality cuisine.

I have been fortunate to work for a range of clients including members of the Royal family to various high profile people.  Organising large parties to small family functions.
